Mend Bristan varispeed 50 Power Shower Cold

Power shower running cold and loosing power?

We have a shower with an external pump in the airing cupboard recently it has started running cold very soon after switching on and the pressure from the shower has reduced. What should I check to solve this could it be an airlock?

The pump is a Bristan varispeed 50
