I have a Mira advance thermostatic alt shower and when I pull the power cord the red service light comes on. It keeps flashing red and the shower runs on it's own , it is cold water and won't turn off unless you pull the power cord.
Any ideas?
You can't really serve a Mira Advance yourself due to the complexity of the design. I would suggest you have a Mira Engineer do the repair for you as they are the experts and carry the spares. Ring 0844 5715000
