Mend Sportcraft TX400 Stopped Control Panel

Sportcraft TX400 stopped abruptly when I touched the control panel. ?

It seems static electricity fried the circuit board because a spark did fly from my finger to the switch when I touched it. Can it simply be reset? The unit is 5 or 6 years old I believe. Does the circuit board need to be replaced? Is it still available?
