How can I stop my external alarm from sounding?

I have a tunstall 500 alarm control panel , whilst decorating I accidentally knocked one of the sensors in the hallway !!

Inow cannot stop a steady buzz emitting from the external alarm box , I have stopped mains power to the control panel and removed the backup battery .

What can I do please .??
