Mend Worcester 24i/28i Boiler No Heat

Worcester 24i 28i ?

I've come home and the boiler is not working. There's 'no light showing when I removed the cover. I've just moved in and there is no manual here either so I really feel stuck! No heat and no hot water obviously and the house getting colder and colder.

Any help??? Please!!!

basically the same boiler just one bigger-is there any operation at all-does it make any sound?-do you here the fan?is there a steady red neon light showing?
