glow worm flexicom hx?

i've had some problems with something rattling in the airing cupboard but now my one year old glow worm is being extremely temperamental.

can anyone tell me what a F22 or F43 means?

it comes on for a minute or so but shuts off. it shows the set temp but the actual temp is much lower
