Mend Dimplex 3087ST Model Unit Started

How can I fix my Dimplex convector heater model 3087ST?

Dimplex convector heater, model 3087ST. The unit has started to make quite a noise. It sounds like the fan. On occasion the unit slightly vibrates for a couple of seconds.

It still gives out good heat though.
