Mend Hoover Tumble Condenser Filters

my hoover condenser dryer has stopped working. ?

when you turn it on it has a slight buzz, if it actually goes into the drying mode, it will shortly have a flashing light to empty the water. I have emptied the water and cleaned all of the filters, but now it wont even get to the drying mode. any suggestions would be most appreciated
