Hoover 200m 4kg Washing Machine?

There's a noise like the cogs slipping in agitator. The Agitator spline ok. Agitator tightened but no change.

If it is a clicking noise then it is probably coming from the ratchet teeth on the clutch. Not an easy job to replace the clutch & spring on a hoover. Really a workshop job.
