Mend Kenmore 110.26912690 Model Top Washing

Our kenmore model 110.26912690 top loading washing machine?

The machine filled up but does nothing. It won't do anything other than tripping the breaker. We emptied the tub figuring that the weight was cause of the drum not turning. The empty drum does not move.
