Mend Citroen Saxo Loses Power Drive

1996 Saxo, loses all power when i stop after a 15-20 min drive?

After about a 20 min drive, when i stop and turn ignition off the car completely dies, central locking wont even work. Then it all works after about 10 minutes.

Anyone have any ideas?
