Mend Mazda 323F Dipped Headlights Bulbs

The dipped headlights on my 96 Mazda 323F keep blowing (bulbs last~7days)?

The bulbs seem to last only a week or so... the alternator is supplying a stable 13.5v which shouldn't be the problem. Any ideas or common faults?
