Mend Frigidaire FFCE442ES0 Start Wash Water

How can I fix my Frigidaire Smartdrive 051?

Okay the problem is that when I start the washing machine, (I use cold wash) the water starts pooring in for about 3 seconds... stops for about 3 seconds... and repeats that about 5 times when the machine just starts beeping. The forth light from the left is on when its beeping.

Can anyone help me?
