I BOUGHT A HOOVER STEAM CARPET SHAMPOOER AND NO OWNERS MANUAL WITH IT,IS THIS NORMAL PRACTICE FOR HOOVER. MY FAMILIES HAVE ALWAYS BOUGHT HOOVER EQUIPMENT BUT ALWAYS GOT AN OWENERS MANUAL WHEN BOUGHT. I WILL LOOK AT HOOVER IN A VERY DIFFERENT WAY NOW. WHERE CAN I GET A MANUAL?
