WHATS WRONG WITH THE SENSORS?

I have been using the alarm for 12months and it has been fine,last week it would not reset,and when it did two sensors are beeping,one on the door,and one upstairs, tried everything to fix the alarm, any advice please .i have no instructions only the control panel with c&k securitech on it. julie
