Mend Ford Transit Light Flashing

What is the unidentified red warning light on my Ford Transit?

A circular red warning light was flashing intermittently last night. It is located to left of centre on the rev counter dial. Checked handbook, but didn't identify this warning light at all. Could you please help me with this problem, also is it likely to be serious issue. Thanks
