Mend Panasonic SA-DK20 Help Process Light

Panasonic SA-DK20 won't power on?

Need help with my panasonic receiver. I recently moved and in the process when I re-connected the receiver back, the power did not come up. Only get an amber light on above the power button. Any ideas?
