how to fix my lumicron ldc 636z3?

i got a lumicron lcd 636z3 only had it two months keeps coming up system error it has lost my grandson photos which i will neva get back cause he died

Try fomating the memory card and clear camera memory then uninstall all lumicron software.
then start again from scrach.
it worked for me.
