DEAD PANASONIC MC20?

THIS CAMERA WAS IN GOOD WORKING ORDER AND IS NOW DEAD.WOULD ANYONE KNOW IF THERE IS AN EASILY ACCESSIBLE FUSE I COULD CHECK.

ALISTAIR PORTER
December 2005
To access tape:
1. Power off
2. Remove the two screws on cassette cover.
3. Lift rear edge of cover slightly without forcing
4. Slide cover rearwards to expose cassette tray.
5. Locate the tiny silver lever at the bottom left of the cassette tray, (lens pointing left), adjacent to the wired black sensor 9mm up from the bottom edge of the cassette cavity.
6. Flick the top of the tiny lever towards the lens of the camera, this should release the cassette tray.
7. If the tape is still wound around head and capstan, carefully pull off taking care not to damage the head coils located around the bottom edges of the head drum.
8, Extract tape cassette.
9. Good luck!
