Mend Ford 2000 Focus Locking

what alternator is needed for a 2000 ford focus 2.0 litre ghia?

intermitant locking, a drain in acceleration power, and when accelerating the head/console lights dim... and batts putting out 20v on start up then droppping to 14.50v?? any ideas?
