Zanussi Jet Systrm 1200 washer/dryer?

How can i fix my appliance it will fill with water and drain away but the drum will not spin round, you can turn the drum round with your hand manually with the door open but when door closed and machine is set to operate the drum will not spin . Any ideas or guidance please.
