my partner boiled the kettle with bleach and water in and it blew everything else works in the house apart from the socket wer the kettle was and the boiler

Restore power
Get a new Kettle
Review the scope of partner's unsupervised activities

Restoring power to your boiler - particularly if it's a H/W & C/H boiler - is probably your main priority - check fuses etc.
