Mend Diplomat Fan Hot Works

diplomat fan oven gets hot but not when fan in use ?

I have diplomat fan oven the oven works and the fan works but the oven does not work when the fan and oven are on together any suggestions?

Thanks not sure how to get to element but think its from inside of oven because there are screws on the back inside panel will let you know how I get on

fan oven heating element blown.the fan oven setting uses a seperate element hence no heat when set on this setting
