my electrolux edb710 lower oven doesnt work, ?

the light and fan come on, but the oven doesnt get hot or even warm, but the top oven works ok

there is a fan heating element around the outside of the fan you can see rotating in the back of the main oven.remove the back plate covering the fan (4 screws) any you will see the element.with care you can replace the element from inside the oven cavity
