Mend Proview MA-782KC

How can I remove the silver frame from my Proview tft lcd monitor please?

It's an MA-782KC. I've taken the 2 screws out and it lifts up slightly. I've tried sliding it up but it only moves about a milimeter! I'm new at this and trying to fix it for my husband using info' from threads I've read. It turns on for a few seconds before the screen goes black, leaving only the green light on. I'm hoping to take out what ever I can and replace everything from maplins.
Thnk you in advance for any help.

I took the monitor apart, brought it to maplins where, helpful as usual, they said everything looks ok but that I could try to replace the relay -B0201. does anyone have a comment about this? This is also a part which maplins nolonger stock. Help!
