how do I fix my proview flat panel monitor?

Product # PRO-458; model #: 468; Power: DC 12V 3.oA; Serial # FEIL34080083U

There is no picture.

IN short, unless you're familiar with (at least) basic electronics... you can't fix it.
If you know how to operate a DVM, you should check B+ from the power supply. Other than that, you'll probably need a Sam's Photofact with a troubleshooting flowchart and an oscilloscope.
