Mend Smeg Cleaned Fan Fine

I have just cleaned a fully functioning smeg oven ?

the fan works fine but when i adjust the temp setting it blows the fuse? any clues.

if it was working prior to you cleaning it I would think you have got moisture in somewhere that is shorting it out
