potterton profile 50e ignition problem?

fan runs continiously doesn't ignite,fires when pressure s/w is triggered manually, changed s/w run for short time,cleaned restictor ran for a while,checked flue itegretity,fine i'm guessing either casing seal or fan not creating sufficient pressure any ideas?
