How do I change the language on my answering machine?

As the displays on screen are English my theory is if it's secondhand it was owned by Spanish and recorded their own message. Defaults can be returned easily.
However if new then take it back and complain that you intend to notify the trading standards for selling as new that's secondhand, As far as I am aware in UK its illegal to sell something that has been used, as new it must be classed secondhand or used product.

Now I'll take you through my Freestyl 650 BT cordless phone base is answer machine.

Base unit
On the base unit you may find a button OGM
PRESS AND HOLD THIS BUTTON UNTIL YOU HEAR
'PLEASE SELECT YOUR OUTGOING MESSAGE'
PRESS 'SKIP ' BUTTON TO SELECT ANSWER RECORD OR SKIP AGAIN TO ANSWER ONLY THE SELECTED MESSAGE PLAYS DURING PLAYBACK PRESS THE DEL BUTTON [DELETE] THE MACHINE WILL STOP PLAY BACK AND REVERT TO THE DEFAULT MESSAGE. DEFAULT MESSAGES CANNOT BE DELETED. SO IF THAT'S ALSO IN SPANISH YOU GOT THE WRONG PHONE.

Using the handset this time

PRESS MENU SCROLL USING THE UP-DOWN KEY
TO TAM SETTINGS
PRESS MENU
SCROLL TO OGM SETTINGS
PRESS MENU
SCROLL TO RECORD OGM
PRESS MENU
SCROLL TO ANS REC OR ANS ONLY
PRESS MENU
HOLD THE HANDSET TO YOUR EAR YOU WILL HEAR 'PLEASE SPEAK AFTER THE TONE.
TO END THE RECORDING PRESS THE HASH KEY ON THE HANDSET. THAT'S THE ONE LIKE AN H WITH TWO LINES ACROSS IT. [I added that as some people do not know what a hash key is. some think you talking hashish!, or weed!
