Mend Optima XM6 Code Alarm

How can I change the numeric code on my Optima XM6 house alarm?

Hi
I made a note of the above somewhere but after 3 years I now can't find it.
PLEASE tell me you can help me?

Slight problem!
Your advice has unfortunately not worked. I am not getting anything when I enter the new code OR the old one.

Hi Andrea, the Code Change Mode is;
PRESS PROG BUTTOM
ENTER THE OLD CODE
PRESS 8
ENTER NEW CODE
PRESS RESET.
New code is now in unit.
