Mend Hoover Six Dryer Air

my hoover six tumble dryer doesn't blow air?

I don't know how to access the workings of my hoover six tumble dryer, I've replaced the element before but can't seem to get the top off the dryer. Is it accessed through the bottom? Element's working, so is drum but air not circulating, maybe a fan problem?
