what should i do about the foul scent that is coming from my washing machin?

i have a BOSCH MAXX washing machine that is giving off a foul scent that coming from the rubber seal that is right at the door, it keeps the water in. there is also a mould ( black ) and sludge under the rubber. what should i do? i have had this machine for about 3 years now.
