Mend Honeywell Accenta mini 8 Problem Zone

I have a problem with my Accenta mini 8 ?

Up until recently I could set the alarm as normal, but now when i set the alarm the zone 3 led lights up until I omit zone 3, i have completed a walk test but am still at a loss as to why it keeps coming up, any ideas?
