Small screws on the top of the handle hidden by plastic covers. Pry off the covers with a small screw driver. The screws are sometimes a small phillips type and sometimes a Torx T10 (I think). Once screws are out, carefully hinge the top of the handle away from the lower part. Pull the top out of the notch at the back of the handle. Pull old hose out. Now the new hose can be put in and reassemble handle. Be careful with the wires and connections. It helps to put a small amount of light grease on the electric part of the new hose before assembling it in the handle. This keeps the contacts from wearing.
