Mend Hotpoint WF240 Prewash Ideas

Hotpoint WF240 flashing pre-wash - any ideas?

I have had a water pressure limiter fitted to my boiler and the first time using the washing machine the cycle has not completed and the pre-wash light is flashing. Is it to do with water pressure or something needing a technician?
