Mend Toyota Lucida 92 Overheating Cooling System Engine

How can i fix my Toyota Lucida 92 model?

The problem with the van is that when its running on a plain..it shows no sign of overheating even after driving for a long duration..but the moment it goes on an uphill the heat indicator needle goes up but when you look at the engine...it shows no signs of overheating.
