how do i fit a washer pump to a 206 HDi 2003?

My windscreen pump no longer moves water from the bottle to the front and rear windscreens and no longer makes any kind of noise. I can only think that the pump has given up if so
- how do i fit a new one and where is it located
- if not what else could it be?
