How can I fix the windscreen washer on my Peugeot 206?
I recently had accident bodywork repairs to the front end of my Peugeot 206. I have since found that the washer bottle has not been connected properly and any water added to the reservoir runs away within a short space of time. The pump operates correctly but I need to access the reservoir/bottle and reconnect the filler tube, etc. How do I get at it?
best way would be to jack up car remove drivers side wheel. remove or partially remove wheelarch liner by removing clips. should be able to see bottle now. first check washer pump is in bottle properly and rubber grommet it sits in, is there. if thats ok, probably bottle split. to remove undo 10mm bolt near top of bottle from underneath and it should drop down. pull out washer pump and check bottle.
