Mend Melcom ST6000 Alarm Tamper Battery

help fix my melcom st6000?

can anyone help me please .. its in tamper mode and i can not get back into day mode .. if i take battery out and turn mains off it dont go off and also when i put battery in again the alarm goes off i put number in and it stops.. but back into tamter mode again .. its so annoying me can u e mail please .... hottezza@msn.com thanks to anyone who can help me
