Mend Zanussi ZBM799 Oven Replacement Element

How do I replace the bottom element on a Zanussi ZBM799?

I think the bottom element on my Zanussi has failed. The top grill element is fine but when I put the oven on pizza mode no heat comes from the bottom. However I can't see where the element is fitted, but assume it is under the oven base. How do I get to it though?

remove the back panel from the oven and if it has an element in the base you will see the electrical connections.they just pull out if you need to replace them
