How can i disable the Engine immobiliser in a Holden Astra 2000 CD Model?? ?

How can i disable the Engine immobiliser in a Holden Astra 2000 CD Model?? The steering Lock is stuck on and the key wont turn. I think its the immobiliser thats my problem.
