Mend Epson RX420 Photo Time

My Epson RX420 Photo not feeding paper. ?

Each time it pulls in the paper it scrunches up the right hand side and than jams. Have checked as per instructions and tried feeding in 4" strips at each side. They go through ok. But when I feed in a sheet it pulls in only the right and jams.
Any suggestions please.
