how can i fix my whitenight dryer model 447svnc.the motors stopped turning and theres abuzzing noise cumming from motor plz help

my white knight dryer 767 condencor starts up then cuts out blowing all the electric in the house.could anyone help please?

there is a capacitor attached to the motor.this has probably failed.remove the lid.shut the door so it buzzes and whilst buzzing push the drum manually around.if it starts to turn its 100% capacitor faulty.be careful when doing this as moving parts and electric are exposed
