how can i start my focus deisel after it run out of desiel?

If it ran out as you say it did, then there will be air in the system that you will need to remove (bleed). I can't give you precise instructions but you'll need to look under the bonnet and find the fuel filter (which will have air in it). The pipe to the filter and the pipe from the filter to the injector pump will all need bleeding. If you can remove the pipe from the injector pump and suck / use a pump to 'pull' the fuel through from the tank, through the filter and to the end of the pipe. (There are probably tricks for this that I don't know!) Once you've got the air out it will start!
