Help focus st 2010 wont start?

Sounds like the key used was the pattern key for getting new key blade cut and has no chip for ignition managment to recognize and so the 'imobilizer' was activated thinking it was being stolen. Contact a Ford agent to ask how to reset the imobilizer, that info will, for obvious reason, not be in the user or workshop manual. You will need the registration document and evidence of address like a Utility bill. And obviously will need the correct key if it is the imobilizer.
