Steamed up windows?

My car, ford fiesta, gets steamed windows. Sometimes a/c works, but then have to leave on while driving. S'times warm air blower works; other times when driving warm blower can mist up all the windows, I then have put on a/c to clear them. All seals seem fine, however I do get dampness on front passenger carpet. Any thoughts?
