zanussi zwf1432w not finishing wash?

Hi,

I have a zanussi zwf1432w (model number 914521108) which is just over a year old.

It keeps stopping during the wash cycle or occasionally the rinse cycle.

The 'wash', 'rinse' and 'spin' lights come on and the start light flashes.

If I switch it off at the wall for a while, then back on, I can skip to the spin cycle and it spins and drains fine.

It also seems to occasionally leave some of the powder in the drawer.

Please can anyone help. Any suggestions welcome.
