How do I remove a stuck CD from my Peugeot 406 Stereo?

How do I remove a stuck CD from my Peugeot 406 Stereo. It is the type with a control facia. I can see it through the slot but it has two metal prongs stopping it from comming out and the eject button just make the stereo click like a ratchet.
