my bobbin will not tighten as it sews. ?

Hello Charlyn,
Set the top tension between 4 and 5, you should be able to pull the tension on the bobbin through with some resistence, if it is too loose tighten the screw on the bobbin case about a quarter of a turn at a time clockwise and test until you get it right, make sure you have your bobbin in the correct way round so the bobbin turns anti clockwise.
