how can i fix my nintendo ds light?

how do i put the little touch screen conector back on i have just put new touch screen on my little girls nintendo ds light and cant connect the small band conector help pls

you've buggered it for good you can buy replacement connectors cos t a bit though on ebay and may be fiddly to solder
